PERTH CONCERT HALL AND HORSECROSS

This was one of my early projects and i was hired by artists at Threshold 10 for the job.

I was to Edit video content and produce abstract imagery for the Gala opening of Perths concert Hall.

It was a great job as it snowballed into a bigger production and i found myself directing a live video webcast of Trilok Gurtus opening at the concert. Scary…

I also Directed and edited the opening weekend for Horsecross to promote the event.

The venue was also showcasing the Threshold Wave, Threshold Stage and Threshold flush which were state of the art video installations that were designed by and would showcase threshold10’s work.

The most impressive of the three was the threshold wave that was a 22 screen canvas which allowed an image to be viewed as one whole image across the bank of 22 screens which was allocated in the entrance of the concert hall.

An abstract video we created for Trilok Gurtus concert was screened across the wave before his concert. Good times!
